The Brew Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: October 21, 2026
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
The Brew Calculator is free to use. To keep it free, some pages recommend coffee gear and contain links to Amazon. If you click one of those links and make a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission from Amazon. That commission comes out of Amazon's margin — it does not add to the price you pay.
How to spot an affiliate link
Any page that contains affiliate links carries a short affiliate disclosure near the top of the page, before the links. Our full recommendations are editorial: we explain what to look for, what a piece of gear does well, and who should skip it. A product being available through an affiliate program is not, by itself, a reason we recommend it.
Prices
Amazon prices and availability change often. We do not hard-code Amazon prices on this site for that reason — the price you will see is the current price on the Amazon product page when you visit it.
What we do not see
We never see your Amazon account, your payment information, or what else you buy. Amazon reports commissions to us in aggregate form only.
Other relationships
The Brew Calculator is operated by the same people behind Raven Horse Co, a coffee roaster. Links to ravenhorseco.com are links to our own store and are labelled as such where they appear. No other brand pays us to recommend its products.
